Our Story

We're a purpose-driven wellness brand based in Bristol, UK. We came to life in mid-2020 after years of research and experimentation. My happy place has always been in staying active, healthy and exercising.

After much trial and error, I found that traditional products weren't helping me live the life I wanted. They were robbing me of my happiness, performance, health and mindset.

I'd find my body aching and bloated—my mind racing, anxious and analytical. I was looking and expecting to feel the opposite. Energised, balanced and living in the moment.

There had to be a better way.

I turned away from overprocessed, human-engineered products. I discovered natural, sustainably sourced superfoods and adaptogens that were anti-inflammatory, gluten and dairy-free, which helped me get back to the moment.

Our approach to wellness starts there - with a belief in helping you live a happier, healthier, more present life. We know that the path to happiness goes beyond the cup, so we'll always be on the touchline, supporting you and giving you the tools to empower yourself.
